  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut water
  • 2 large leaves of curly kale
  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ large keitt mango
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • ½ jalapeno (without seeds if spice irritates you, with seeds if you're looking for a major sinus clear-out)
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender in this order: liquid, greens, everything else. Blend until very smooth and enjoy!
